The listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares has been approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 7 May 2008. The Bonus Issue has also been approved by the shareholders of Deleum at its Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2008.
In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the date of the listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be on 26 June 2008, being the next market day after the book closing date.
The Registrar of Deleum will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 2 July 2008.
